Dumbbell preference (used 20 pounds and 50 pounds)
-Water
-Weight Machines / Equipment used (dip bar , dip machine, cables, bench)

EXERCISE BREAKDOWN: —————————————————————

WORKOUT BREAKDOWN: (GO FOR 2 SETS EACH)

– Take a couple minutes to warm up prior to this workout

1. DIP MACHINE – 12 TO 20 REPS
2. DEEPER GRIP DIP MACHINE 12 -20 REPS
3. FREESTYLE STANDARD DIPS 12 -20 REPS
(DO FIRST IF HAVE TROUBLE WITH THESE)
4. TRICEP KICKBACKS 12 – 20 REPS
5. INWARD PALMS CLOSE GRIP PRESS 8 – 12 REPS
6. STANDARD CLOSE GRIP PRESS 8 – 12 REPS
7. ANGLED BAR TRICEP PULLDOWN EXTENSIONS – 12 -20 REPS
