This is the pushups used by the MMA fighters so you know it must be good! This is more then a basic movement because it involves your core, legs and arms to do it. I’ll explain how to do it here in this video so take a minute and check it out! Squeeze on your stomach to work some of your abs also. Go for 10 but the more the better.
