Elevated Core Abs Leg Lift Workout

This is a more advanced Ab workout working your lower abs. You needs to have good grips when holding yourposition for this exercise. This may put strain on your back so you can try bending your legs more to relief some strain. If not do them on ground level. Try to not touch ground with legs when doing this for better results . About 1 inch off ground and 6inches up . The slower the better but will be harder. Good Luck !
