Hyperextended Chair Pushups

Need 3 chairs. Place two in front of you and one behind. Place feet on back chair and your handson front ones in the same position as you would if doing regular floor pushups. Difference is this causes you to hyperextend deeper into the pushup on your way down giving your chest a better stretch. Make sure you chairs are sturdy so you don’t end up falling. Also do over carpet or grass if worried about losing balance.
