Pelvic Thrust Abs Raises Workout

This workout you lay on your back with feet up in the air. Keep feet together or may cross legs. With this you need to raise your pelvis and bottom of the ground slightly while squeezing your abs. This punishes the bottom abs which you will definitely feel. Keep back flat on ground and don’t swing. Grab a sturdy object if needed to hold still or position as shown.
