Pure Power Workout 1 Upper Body 20 Minute Workout

This is about 16 minutes of a upper body workout that consists of 4 exercises for 2 rounds. There is a warm up at the beginning of this workout. You will want to have 2 light dumbbells or can substitute for water bottles or sand bags. This workout was suppose to be an hour but got cut of due to technical difficulties.
