Maximus side shift pushups

This is higher intensity performing pushup that gives good results! If basic pushups bore you try these out. It forces you to push more pressure on each side of your chest and triceps individually. Your body accommodates to repetition and if you don’t change it up you will plateau meaning your results won’t get any better.
