Spartan Leg Press and Calf Raises

The Leg Press is the superior workout to do when you want to work your quadriceps. With this exercise you want to position yourself comfortably with your feet raised up against the metal plate. Make sure feet is about shoulder with apart towards center. Keep in mind the handles need to be unlatched before the weight can be used and to put it back after to prevent hurting yourself. This goes directly into calf raises!
