Pure Power 4 HIIT Upper Body 20 Minute Workout

Welcome back to another great upper body circuit. We are on day 4 and week 2 of the “Pure Power” workout series. Get ready to work those arms and biceps in a whole new way. Quick and convenient so lets get it done.

This Workout is 20 minutes and consists of the following:

3 min warm up

9 / 1 min intervals of each exercise with 30 second breaks in between

3 min cool down/stretch
